Raised in Our Home

Never kept in isolated pens or cages. Our kittens share our living room, hear normal daily laughter and kitchen routines, and develop trusting, deeply affectionate bonds from their earliest days.

Health Comes First

Comprehensive veterinary assessments, genetic parent screenings, and up-to-date developmental milestones ensure every kitten enters life vibrant and robust.

Beautiful British Type

Plump rounded cheeks, dense crisp plush coats, copper amber eyes, and sweet cobby builds true to the authentic British Shorthair standard.

Early Socialization

Introduced early to gentle touch, soft grooming, varied household acoustics, and family interaction so each kitten transitions smoothly into your home.

Lifelong Support

Our relationship does not end on adoption day. We offer ongoing nutritional advice, breed care guidance, and compassionate breeder mentorship for years to come.

OUR FOUNDING STORY

Meet the Heart Behind
British Paws

Before British Paws earned its reputation for sound temperaments and show-standard coats, it began with a quiet childhood fascination. Growing up, Nadiia felt an intuitive connection to cats, spending hours understanding their subtle expressions, quiet loyalties, and affectionate souls.

In 2017, a chubby-cheeked, round-eyed British boy named Korzhyk entered her home and irrevocably claimed her heart. His plush teddy-bear coat, serene purr, and patient nature ignited a lifelong commitment: to breed ethically, eliminate cages forever, and raise every British Shorthair kitten directly in the center of family life.

"Every baby kitten rests in our arms every single day. We do not run a kennel: we share our hearth and home."
